Kathy Parker

Kathy Parker is a Partner with MNP’s Consulting group in Toronto. Drawing on 19 years of consulting experience, Kathy helps clients create more cohesive teams, change organizational culture to better align with business direction (e.g., to promote greater customer focus) and design new organizational structures. She also helps organizations develop winning talent strategies to get and keep the best people, define and build the skills and capabilities needed for their businesses and optimize their human resource functions.

With deep knowledge and experience in strategic change management, leadership development, strategy development and business planning, Kathy develops practical solutions and delivers results for her clients. Her cross-industry expertise includes manufacturing, financial services, wireless technologies, pharmaceuticals, professional services and retail.

Kathy holds a Masters of Public Administration from the University of Manitoba / University of Winnipeg. She is a Governor General Gold Medalist for Manitoba, winning the award for having the highest overall standing in a master’s degree program. Kathy supports her community through volunteer work for a variety of organizations, including the MS Society of Canada.
