Rachael Golembuski

Rachael Golembuski is a risk professional with fifteen years of experience in the financial and professional services industries. She lives in Calgary, Alberta and is the Director, Professional Practices & Data Analytics with the Internal Audit team at ATB Financial. Originally from Montreal, Quebec, Rachael got her start in risk management and auditing at a globally integrated professional services organization and gained foundational knowledge of financial services at one of Canada’s “Big 5” banks.

In her current role, Rachael is accountable for the audit department’s quality assurance and improvement program, its audit and risk assessment methodologies and its analytics service offering. She and her team are responsible for transforming audits and assurance using data science and analytics and delivering on the various initiatives that support being a leading audit function.

Rachael holds the CIA, CRMA, CFSA and CMA (US) designations. She is fluent in English and French.
