Ram Balakrishnan

Ram Balakrishnan leads Protiviti’s Internal Audit Practice in Canada.  Ram has more than 20 years of experience both in industry and public practice, helping organizations maximize the value of governance processes and evaluate and understand the risks associated with their use of technology and in operations.  Ram has extensive experience in all facets of the audit lifecycle including, setting up IA functions and consulting with executive management and Audit Committees on matters of governance, risk and control.
