This session focuses on building a fraud resilient organization from the top-down.  Through involving the whole organization in assessing fraud risk factors and building a culture of ‘doing the right thing’ organizations can reduce the likelihood of fraud through using fraud resilient design principles.  It will also explore concepts on how to build resiliency within the organization to continuously adapt to these changing threats. Changes in technology has resulted in better tools to combat fraud including the opportunities to using better data analytics to identify and assess fraud risk factors and red flags. The presenters will share their experiences working in the financial services industry together with what they have distilled as the key Fraud Resiliency principles, tools, and techniques.  The session will be highly engaging and the participants will leave with new ideas to take back into their organization.
