Making Ethical Decisions in a time of Uncertainty

Hailed by many participants as the best ethics course ever, this session illustrates the challenges in implementing an organization wide ethics policy. People may be at odds between their personal ethical compass and the one developed by their organization.

Ethical issues are also associated with workplace deviance or corruption and its counterparts – lying, evasion of accountability, and abuse of authority. What causes them and how should they be dealt with?  This session focuses on integrating ethics with everyday corporate life. Ethics breaches begin and end with people – understand the team you work with and find a common language to engage in a dynamic ethical environment.

The seminar’s topics include:
•  Explore personal ethics vs. professional ethics
•  How easy are ethics to define in the workplace?
•  How does employee behavior influence ethical practice?
