Hailey Pinksen

Hailey Pinksen is a Certified Internal Auditor and a Chartered Professional Accountant (CA).   She is the Financial Planning and Budget Manager with the City of Lethbridge (Lethbridge, Alberta, Canada) and has worked at the City since 2006.  She has over 14 years of experience in local government and accounting. Hailey Pinksen is your “typical” accountant/auditor who used to believe she was not the “creative type”.  This notion of creativity in our profession is something she has been exploring and researching as it relates to her own leadership development and growth and is a topic she is very passionate about. ​
