While a significant portion of his career has been in a consulting role in the private sector and at Audit Services Canada, his love of audit has also taken him through executive positions at the Public Service Commission, the Department of Fisheries and Oceans, and the Department of National Defence. He is currently the Director General of Audit at National Defence where he manages the internal audit function in one of the largest and most complex organizations in Canada.
